Manship Researchers to present at 113th APSA conference

BATON ROUGE, La. – The 113th American Political Science Association conference will take place August 31 – September 3, 2017 in San Francisco, Ca. Manship school faculty members and a graduate student will present their work at the conference.

This year’s theme, “The Quest for Legitimacy: Actors, Audiences, and Aspirations” will explore the role of legitimacy in today’s political context. Manship participants include Joshua Darr, Robyn Stiles, Nichole Bauer, and Kathleen Searles. A total of six papers will be presented and will span a wide range of Political Science and Media topics.

The American Political Science Association was founded in 1903 and seeks to bring together professionals and academics in all areas of Political Science. They have more than 12,000 members in more than 80 countries.
